Authors of the best publications of our institutes are acknowledged each year. On 5 March, 2025, Zsolt Boda, General Director, handed out the awards at the annual meeting of the Centre for Social Sciences, followed by brief presentations of the research findings.

Our colleague, Réka Marchut, will give a presentation on October 8 in Cluj-Napoca at a conference organized by the Romanian Institute For Research On National Minorities, entitled Minority Education in Central and Eastern Europe. Policy Aspects, Educational Equity and Cultural Recognition. The title of her presentation is: The School Issue in the Swabian Villages of Satu Mare during World War II (1940-1944)

A chapter by our colleague, György Szerbhorváth, titled „Die Vojvodina als Ort multiethnischen, multikonfessionellen Zusammenlebens – Ein Vorbild für die Europäische Union?”, has been published by Leipziger Universitätsverlag in the book „Durch den Eisernen Vorhang nach Europa – Osteuropa nach 1989”, edited by Maik Reichel and Wolfram Tschiche.
